When you look at Maradith, you see a peaceful, squishy little newborn, right? Probably no more than just a few days old. But you’ll never believe this: she’s actually 4 months old in this photo.
Maradith was born extremely premature — an incredibly scary experience for her family. Usually babies take about 40-weeks to “cook” in their mommy’s tummy — Maradith showed up around 24 weeks. She had a long hospital stay but much to her family’s delight, she pulled through and came home this past winter; right around when her actual due-date for delivery was. I was so excited to meet her and her family and get some long-awaited photos of this little impatient lady! Isn’t she a sweetheart?

In Bloom Photography is having a 2 day sale on Newborn Photos, including everything from a disc of high-resolution images to a 12×12 canvas gallery wrap of your favorite shot! Sessions take place at In Bloom’s studio in Brantford when your baby is 0-10 days old. Please make your booking while you’re still pregnant; I will mark your due date on the calendar, and when your baby arrives I’ll fit you in within the next few days.
