I don’t often shoot Toronto weddings anymore but when Jessie & Jason asked me to photograph their wedding at George Restaurant, I couldn’t say no! It’s just such a unique place with the Ivy at Verity hotel attached, a great outdoor patio and such cool architecture. So much fun!

Jessie was getting ready up in her hotel room with her mom when I arrived. Her one-shoulder lace gown was just breathtaking!

To create a personal twist, Jessie included broaches from Jason’s and her grandmothers in her bouquet!

Before long it was time to head down and see Jay for the first time… I think the anticipation was killing him!

The nice thing about Jason & Jessie’s wedding was that it was very small & very intimate. Their best friends served as “Best Man” and “Man of Honor”!

GO TEAM J & J!

After a few photos it was time to head indoors for the ceremony. George Restaurant is famous for their outdoor patio weddings, but with the weather being uncertain, Jessie & Jay opted for the service to be held indoors in a very cozy room with just enough space for all their guests!

Then everyone was invited outdoors for cocktails and great conversation!

What a perfectly small, simple and stunning wedding! Jessie & Jay are still on their amazing European honeymoon right now but I wish them all the best! Congratulations!
